The fan on my furnace wouldn’t come on Jan. 2. I talked to Cody and he actually diagnosed the problem over the phone. Because of the age of my furnace he didn’t have the right replacement part with him. He had to go to a couple of suppliers to get the right part, came back and got my furnace running. His professionalism and friendly attitude were awesome, especially since he had to work on a holiday. I ended up buying a service plan from him. I would highly recommend Carbon Valley.
