Carbon Valley Heating and Air provided extraordinary service. My heater stopped working. A technician responded in a short amount of time and fixed a wire. He recommended I purchase a new furnace due to the age and condition of my unit. I hoped to get a few more years out of it but it kept failing. The estimator came and measured giving me several options for replacement. In the meantime they brought some radiant oil space heaters to get me by until the new heater was installed.
