Nick Moden is personable, easy to talk and ask questions. Addressed his job professionally, explained what he needed to do and accomplished his job. Very efficient. Pleasure to have met him and hope to see him again at a future maintenance call. This service was part of annual service contract.

Amazing quality of service! I made a next-day appointment to have them look at my broken A/C. This team is clearly very experienced and honest about repair options, while providing more than fair prices. It was the best experience I’ve had with something like this due to the expertise, thoroughness, and kindness of my service tech, Nick. When I asked, Nick was more than happy to show me the system components and troubleshooting steps as he worked. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to explain the root issue in terms I could understand, went through the options with me, and answered all of my questions. I’m super grateful that he also took the initiative to assess the health of my furnace while he was here. While my A/C needs to be replaced, I was told that my furnace is still in decent enough shape to make it through the upcoming winter. That went a long way. I feel totally confident in the work this company does and am really looking forward to working with them in the future!

We had Andre out to petform our fall/winter heater inspection. Andre was friendly and professional. He was thorough and let us know about issues that needed to be taken care of. He explained what he found and answered any and all questions we had. I would recommend him and Carbon Valley Heating and Air to anyone needing this kind of service.

your install guys used a standing lamp for lighting and broke the base. had to throw it away. they never said anything about it, daughter in law very angry. they should provide their own drop cords or lights when working on a job. – Albert H.
