We've used this business twice now for a furnace repair. On both occasions, scheduling was quick and their call center responsive. On this date -- our second repair -- our service technician called en route to our home and even arrived 10 minutes prior to our appointment window. Jed was efficient and professional, quickly identifying the issue and working diligently to correct the problem. He answered all of our questions and was easy to understand as he explained the problem. Our repair was completed in less than three hours. I would highly recommend this business.

We needed our furnace, and water heater replaced. We got 3 estimates and this company came at the lowest price, of all the estimates. They installed both furnace, and water heater a few days later. Both systems have been working great!! We are happy!!!

Had Josh come out as our carrier furnace continued to trip and turn off for hours at a time. He told me that our furnace was too big for the space and the only true fix is installing a brand new, smaller system.
I didn’t like that answer so I called Bell Home Solutions and they sent out a tech, Vuk, who just did some maintenance things on our system and got it working like brand new.
If you want someone to just upsell you and not try to problem solve, carbon valley heating and air is your guy.
If you want an hvac tech that doesn’t make commission and is happy to repair, Bell Home solutions is who I’d call.

Excellent service!! When my furnace stopped working, Gavin was able to be at my house within an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I appreciated him explaining what was wrong with the furnace and how it happened. He got it up and running same night to hold me over until the part came in. Part replacement was super fast.

Thank you to Joshua for his help today. Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday. We called the answering service and he called 30 min later. He walked my husband through some steps on the phone and determined it was a blown fuse. We replaced the fuse and Joshua stayed available in case it didn’t work. That fix did the trick and saved us an emergency service call. We were not a current customer but will become one moving forward!!

Excellent service! Josh was able to come out first thing when we woke up with no heat and got us back up and running in no time. He also walked me through some maintenance things I can do myself to maintain our system, and helped show us several things about our new system (new build a few years ago) our prior HVAC company never even mentioned. Today Joshua from Carbon Valley Heating and Air helped me with an issue with my humidifier. For some reason it wasn’t working.
Joshua was promptly on time and very courteous.
It didn’t take long for him to figure out that there was nothing wrong with the unit, but that the main thermostat that controls the entire system had the unit in the off position. All we could think of that caused that was a power outage a few weeks back.
Anyway, if figured it out. The unit is back online and happy.

Did a great job. Josh was so friendly, and informative. Other Company's wanted to tear out my ceiling to fix the duct work, and charge me thousands of dollars. After camera inspection we found everything was good. All that needed to be done was place an extention on my duct, and fasten it. Thanks guys. You have my eternal thanks.

After meeting with Dale Moe for the initial evaluation and quote we had a number of follow-up questions. Dale was very responsive and helpful during the decision process. Osley was very professional and knowledgeable. It was an emergency shut down of my furnace on a Saturday night (8pm). Osley inspected everything and replaced the part right then and there. I was worried we wouldn’t have heat overnight and it was one of the coldest nights so far this winter, but everything was resolved quickly. The pricing was also very reasonable. Kevin replaced two old parts in our furnace as well as doing a routine cleaning. He did all of this within 3 hours which also included driving to go and retrieve the parts. He was respectful, knowledgeable and worked quick so we wouldn’t go a night without heat. Highly recommend Carbon Valley Heating and Air!

I had an appointment with CVHA a little over a year ago. The tech came out and cleaned the ignitor and told me to change the filter. Charged me over $400. He also said i needed to replace many parts including the thermostat. He said the furnace was about to break. After one year everything is still running just fine. It was also very hard to cancel future appointments as CVHA wanted me to meet with someone to discuss replacing furnace (that did not need replaced).
