Kevin Baker did heavy maintenance on our boiler. He did an excellent job. I would rate his work a 5*. Kevin was assigned to our job through our service plan with Absolute Plumbing and Electric. He was courteous and on time. Most importantly he explained the steps to the service and how the boiler functioned. We highly recommend Kevin!

Joshua Robertson was great! Provided us with great money-saving tips and did a thorough cleaning! No mess left behind, and was kind and understanding to my pets! A little pricy, but it's nice not to have to worry as much about my home's air circulation!

The salesman, Wes, was personable and informative, and knew well what needed to be done and his time estimate was exact. The two servicemen were professional and clean-cut. They introduced themselves, looked over the area, discussed with us what was to be done, and quickly and (relatively) quietly set about. Even the office (Jody) was easy to work with; I always spoke to a person and not a machine.
