The companies technician Bryan Kovac arrived on time, reviewed with us our problems, and then systematically went through the furnace and corrected the problem. This sounds simple, but it took Bryan working 5 hours straight to do the diagnostics, clean out the furnace parts, reassemble the furnace and then staying long enough to ensure the problem was fixed. Prior to Bryan we had two other technicians (from the home builder) come and adjust things, but never corrected the problem. Bryan just didn’t walk away from issue. He truly wanted to see the problem corrected. If Bryan is like other employees at Carbon Valley, I will definitely call them again and will highly recommend them to others.

Josh and Justin were very professional. They did a great job in installing the swamp cooler. Justin did the bulk of the installation. He was very polite. He was particularly concerned that the swamp cooler would be installed properly.

I just called Carbon Valley Heating & Air to check my furnace that I was having problems with. They showed up when they were supposed to and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. They fixed the problem and I haven’t had any since. For my first time going to them I was pretty impressed with their service.

The entire staff at Carbon Valley Heating & Air were most helpful & kept us informed during the installation of a complete new system right after a major snow storm. Having experienced technicians on hand to install, set up & explain to us what we can expect from our new unit was an enjoyable experience.
