I only have limited experience working with Carbon Valley Heating & Air. They have come out a couple times to do some routine maintenance on my heating a cooling units. They haven’t really done much work for me, but so far what I have seen has been nothing but positive. I would use them again.

We had a problem with our furnace, it wasn’t igniting so I made a call and they came out quickly, within an hour or two which was really appreciated. To me the only thing was they charged me 280 dollars for a 20 dollar part. I was little disappointed in that, I rather be charged for emergency services rather than over charged on a part. But other than that they were great, they were quick and efficient once they started the work.

We had a fan go out in our furnace and I called Carbon Valley Heating & Air because I saw an ad somewhere. The tech who came out was named Brian and he did the work and got the job done in a short amount of time. He was professional, courteous, and really pleasant to deal with.
This was our first time using Carbon Valley Heating & Air and they are a very professional and customer service oriented company. I’d recommend them to anyone and we’ll use them again the next time we need them.
