TJ was awesome - he was very patient, polite and knowledgeable and didn’t leave until he was certain the work he did was 100%. I’ve worked with a few electrical/HVAC companies in the area and this was by far the easiest and best experience. Will be using them from now on!

We needed to get someone out to look at our furnace right away, as it is having issues. From the woman who answered the phone, Wes, and Osley, they did an awesome job getting someone over the same day. Osley was able to check the furnace, and tell us exactly what was going on with it. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
We paid only the service call fee today, which will be put towards our service.

Josh came out late the Wednesday night before thanksgiving. Our furnace was not working and we had very little hope. Josh was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and was able to enact a repair to get us through the holiday. I could not be more pleased by his professionalism and communication through the process.

Overall, I would say that I had an excellent experience with Carbon Valley Heating & Air. It was my first time using them and they did a great job working on the motor for my air conditioning unit. I thought that the pricing was pretty fair and I felt that I got my money’s worth at the end of the service. I will definitely use them again based on my experience, and I would highly recommend them to other people. The staff was professional and awesome. The worker came out on time and did the work very efficiently, and I appreciate the hard work that he put into the job and I am more than happy with the results that I got. – Darryl M.

Carbon Valley Heating & Air did a great job for us. I really appreciated that when we called them to come out to our house and fix our air conditioning, they did it on a holiday. The guy who came out knew what he was doing; he was very professional and efficient. He was also kind and prompt in the work he did. We have been using CVH&A since we moved into our house. The service has been excellent, they helped limp along our old furnaces and a/c units for the last 7+ years. We finally got the money to replace the old systems with new systems (furnace&a/c both upstairs and downstairs). Needless to say it was a significant amount of money and for that amount of money I feel there could have been a lot more attention to detail by the install crew. I won’t go into detail just that I was disappointed. Nevertheless, the new systems are functioning like they should and over all I will recommend CVH&A in the future.

Side note, Brian who is on the service side is very professional and took the time (over the years) to explain things to us, as the owner Josh has done as well. Both have been very patient and helpful in keeping our service costs down till we could afford to replace both of our old systems.

We will continue to use CVH&A in the future.

Carbon Valley Heating and Air installed both heating and AC systems in my home a couple of weeks ago. The installation went fine but the installers arrived about five hours late and I didn’t get a call to notify me of when they would arrive. I’ve used the AC since they put it in and it has been working OK so far. A guy named Brian came out about 10 days after and went over the whole system to get it all functioning and make sure everything was in order. Their prices were pretty comparable to other businesses out there, I would just say that the installers could communicate better with the customer.
