“I mentioned during my initial call that it was not a rush and yet you were able to provide service the same day as my call. That was great. The service technician arrived on time. Was courteous, thorough and kept me informed.
The part was ordered and installed again within the window ( 1hr) of time that you indicated it would be. Very satisfied.
I did not do any price comparisons.. so I am not sure about the price I paid as compared to industry average.
I am a very satisfied customer.” – Leonard O.

Dale was THE MAN! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly when he came to get our fireplace working for us! He was so nice, that our sometimes mean cat even loved him!

“Dean was the best. He was here for about 5 minutes. Showed us how to put in our furnace filter * the bracket was bent) and then said Merry Christmas. He didn't charge us. That was the nicest thing and he made us Carbon Valley Heating and Air customers for life. You don't find people who are honest and nice as often as we'd like, but you can find them at Carbon Valley Heating and air. Competent and nice. I will be using Carbon Valley Heating and Air for all my heating and air needs.”

Carbon Valley Heating and Air provided extraordinary service. My heater stopped working. A technician responded in a short amount of time and fixed a wire. He recommended I purchase a new furnace due to the age and condition of my unit. I hoped to get a few more years out of it but it kept failing. The estimator came and measured giving me several options for replacement. In the meantime they brought some radiant oil space heaters to get me by until the new heater was installed. Thank you for being so caring, Carbon Valleys service was superb.

My furnace quit working and after two visits the CVHA technicians diagnosed the problem as a faulty air pressure switch. The technicians who worked on this problem were friendly and polite. They wore shoe covers when they came into my house, which I thought was very considerate. My furnace is working now so I guess they did fix the problem. My only complaint? The part they installed would have cost at most $30 if I had bought it myself. CVHA charged $249. That’s at least an 800% markup. Buyer beware.

“Excellent service. Mike was one of the best service professionals we've encountered in any business – a walking encyclopedia on hydronic heating.”
