Osley Manchego is very observant, knowledgeable, listens well, and was very helpful resolving a difficult Carrier Heat Pump repair He provided excellent service for my air conditioner. I strongly recommend him to assist you with your HVAC needs.

Osley has done a great job for us. He cleaned the blower motor in a timely manner. We also had a dryer vent issue that was not allowing clothes tondry because the original hose connection would restrict tje air from flowing. Osley repaired this with the proper size fitting that the appliance repair tech would not do. Osley always does a great job for us. Sincerely, Rick and Cathy Duran

Scheduling an appointment is easy and the technician always arrives with plenty of notice and within the time window. Have used Carbon Valley for years ans will gladly continue to do so.

Nick was extremely helpful diagnosing the problem with my AC. As the entire HVAC system was 25 years old I opted to replace both AC and furnace. Nick helped me select a system that met my needs. Price was reasonable. Installation team was fantastic - on time, efficient, communicated well and cleaned everything up when they were done. I couldn't be happier!

Carbon Valley Heating and Air installed both heating and AC systems in my home a couple of weeks ago. The installation went fine but the installers arrived about five hours late and I didn’t get a call to notify me of when they would arrive. I’ve used the AC since they put it in and it has been working OK so far. A guy named Brian came out about 10 days after and went over the whole system to get it all functioning and make sure everything was in order. Their prices were pretty comparable to other businesses out there, I would just say that the installers could communicate better with the customer. – Bob M.

Carbon Valley Heating and Air did some maintenance and some repairs for my AC system. The job went great. They came out on time and everything went smoothly. I had no complaints. The price was pretty standard for the industry. It was actually kind of a weird situation. They came out to a rental house where it turned out the tenants had flipped a switch that turned off the furnace. So after looking around to figure out the problem, all they had to do was flip the switch back. No repairs were required.

I have used the services of Carbon Valley Heating & Air more than once, and they did a great job for me. They fixed my furnace most recently, and before that I called them when I had an issue with my air conditioning. Their technician did a very professional job overall. He arrived on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. They are very considerate about their customers. When they worked on my furnace, they put in a part that turned out toe be defective. They came and replaced the defective part and didn’t charge me for the second visit or part. Overall, they’ve provided high quality service. They are pretty awesome people and I’d definitely call them back if I ever needed again.
