Russell K. was awesome! Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, took time to explain things I didn’t quite understand and gave me multiple options tailored to my needs and budget. It was overall a no pressure experience and something you never encounter when dealing with your usual salesmen. 10/10 recommendation of this young man.

Nick Moden worked through the heat and was willing/ able to complete the job required. We are very appreciative of him. Our ac was out for a week and it seemed like nobody else was willing to change out a blower. Thank you Carbon Valley Heating and Air.

Carbon Valley Heating and Air installed both heating and AC systems in my home a couple of weeks ago. The installation went fine but the installers arrived about five hours late and I didn’t get a call to notify me of when they would arrive. I’ve used the AC since they put it in and it has been working OK so far. A guy named Brian came out about 10 days after and went over the whole system to get it all functioning and make sure everything was in order. Their prices were pretty comparable to other businesses out there, I would just say that the installers could communicate better with the customer. – Bob M.

Carbon Valley Heating and Air did some maintenance and some repairs for my AC system. The job went great. They came out on time and everything went smoothly. I had no complaints. The price was pretty standard for the industry. It was actually kind of a weird situation. They came out to a rental house where it turned out the tenants had flipped a switch that turned off the furnace. So after looking around to figure out the problem, all they had to do was flip the switch back. No repairs were required.

I have used the services of Carbon Valley Heating & Air more than once, and they did a great job for me. They fixed my furnace most recently, and before that I called them when I had an issue with my air conditioning. Their technician did a very professional job overall. He arrived on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. They are very considerate about their customers. When they worked on my furnace, they put in a part that turned out toe be defective. They came and replaced the defective part and didn’t charge me for the second visit or part. Overall, they’ve provided high quality service. They are pretty awesome people and I’d definitely call them back if I ever needed again.
