Carbon Valley Heating and Air did some maintenance and some repairs for my AC system. The job went great. They came out on time and everything went smoothly. I had no complaints. The price was pretty standard for the industry. It was actually kind of a weird situation. They came out to a rental house where it turned out the tenants had flipped a switch that turned off the furnace. So after looking around to figure out the problem, all they had to do was flip the switch back. No repairs were required.

I have used the services of Carbon Valley Heating & Air more than once, and they did a great job for me. They fixed my furnace most recently, and before that I called them when I had an issue with my air conditioning. Their technician did a very professional job overall. He arrived on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. They are very considerate about their customers. When they worked on my furnace, they put in a part that turned out toe be defective. They came and replaced the defective part and didn’t charge me for the second visit or part. Overall, they’ve provided high quality service. They are pretty awesome people and I’d definitely call them back if I ever needed again.

Carbon Valley Heating & Air did an air conditioning installation for me. Their customer service was okay. But the actual job wasn’t all that well carried out. There were a few things that their representative forgot to take care of during the work, and I had to remind him about it a couple of times. They also had to come back to fix something that wasn’t installed correctly the first time.

I recently used Carbon Valley Heating & Air because I needed my heater to be serviced. I really appreciated how quickly they responded to my call. I thought the pricing was really reasonable too. I liked that the technician showed up on time to do the work and even called me to let me know he was on the way. He seemed really knowledgeable about what he was doing! He worked really efficiently to change the filter and do an inspection of the combustion chamber for me. They do quality work!
