The tech who worked with us was Gavin Ehrlich. He did a great job for us as always. Very knowledgeable and very professional. It was a great installation! He was also very friendly and personable. We greatly appreciated his efforts.

I believe the techs name was Andres? He was exceptionally detailed in his work and with explaining everything. Very honest as with one step into the furnace room he pointed out the culprit to the issue of the A/C shutting off continuously. Spent way more time for the very reasonable price than I had expected. Will only refer them and call them in the future. FYI. I had my own service/install business for 43 years so I am normally critical of any type of lacking service almost never write reviews as I expect exceptional work to be the norm.....so great job Carbon Valley.

Nick Moden was very friendly and professional. He answered my questions and quickly detected the issue that I was having with my air conditioner. As a senior citizen I was very happy to have the unit back In use! Thank you to Nick and Carbon Valley !

Update a year later and I’m still very happy with this company! Just had another service tech, Osley, come out to do my annual AC inspection and he was truly fantastic. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend their annual member plan that includes AC check up, furnace check up, electrical and plumbing inspections, plus discounts on service calls and parts. ******* I recently switched to Carbon Valley from another company and am impressed so far. The other company did great work, but their prices were significantly higher for the same routine services. Carbon Valley charges a reasonable rate, scheduling was fast and easy, they had availability much sooner than the other company (other company's wait was two months for a routine A/C check up and Carbon Valley got me in the next week), and James was professional and kind, giving me tips to help prevent issues later on.
