Was respectful of the home and my small heater. Very knowledgeable and found the issue quickly something others had missed. Open to answering my questions and not making me feel rushed. Osley was on time and has exceptional customer service. I was grateful and satisfied with my service call. Highly recommend this technician.

Nick Moden is personable, easy to talk and ask questions. Addressed his job professionally, explained what he needed to do and accomplished his job. Very efficient. Pleasure to have met him and hope to see him again at a future maintenance call. This service was part of annual service contract.

Carbon Valley Heating & Air came out to take care of my air conditioning problem. They fixed it fairly quickly and efficiently. While they were fixing the air conditioning I also asked them to do a quote for a commercial property that I have. They were able to do that on the same day and they did not charge me that at all. I would recommend them to others and if I need them again for their services I would be happy to give them a call!
