This was my first experience with Carbon Valley Heating & Air, although they have done work here in the past. We needed them to do some gas work on a pressure cleaner for us. They showed up on time, and their employees knew what to do. They did what needed to be done, and they did it in a timely manner. That is what we expect, and that is what Carbon Valley Heating & Air delivered!

Carbon Valley Heating & Air just did a complete system replacement of my air conditioning and furnace. Everything was fantastic. They showed up on time. Everything was ready to go. I made the call to schedule the install on Monday, and they came and did the work on Tuesday. The technician was really nice. He answered all of my questions. He took care to make sure that everything was done correctly and also that it looked nice. The old system had caused some little cosmetic issues that were not necessarily the responsibility of Carbon Valley Heating & Air to fix, but he took care of it. Carbon Valley Heating & Air had already been performing the maintenance on my old system, and I’ll continue to have them perform regular maintenance on my new system.

Carbon Valley Heating & Air did an outstanding job for me. I had used them before and tried them for a second time when recently they came out to my home to install a new air conditioning unit. Zack, the technician, was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to get the work done. He showed up on time and got right to work. I was confident that he was highly knowledgeable. Then he cleaned up well after himself. I could not believe how quickly everything was completed and without any hassle at all. First, the sales rep had come out to give me a quote and assess the situation. He was a very nice man also. I am very appreciative of their fair prices and that there was no high pressure on upselling products or services. I highly recommend them and definitely will be using them again soon.

My air conditioning stopped working at the end of summer last year, so I thought it would be prudent to call and get someone out to fix it. The first company I called didn’t didn’t even look at my air conditioner. He just asked how old and said that I needed to get a new AC and furnace. Dale from Carbon Valley said I might need those things, but looked at my AC, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and now it works.

Carbon Valley Heating & Air did a great job for us. This was not our first time using them. They came out to do the annual inspection for our heating and air and everything turned out fine. The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. They were respectful of our home. Their pricing is reasonable and their customer service is good. I would tell people if you need heating and air work done to call Carbon Valley Heating & Air.

I have used Carbon Valley Heating & Air several times in the past. Darrell has always been awesome He shows up on time and gives you straight answers to your questions. He is trustworthy and they do quick, clean work.
They recently replaced both of my furnaces and did an absolutely fantastic job! This was a big job and they did just as clean and efficient as any other job!
