The tech who worked with us was Gavin Ehrlich. He did a great job for us as always. Very knowledgeable and very professional. It was a great installation! He was also very friendly and personable. We greatly appreciated his efforts.

I believe the techs name was Andres? He was exceptionally detailed in his work and with explaining everything. Very honest as with one step into the furnace room he pointed out the culprit to the issue of the A/C shutting off continuously. Spent way more time for the very reasonable price than I had expected. Will only refer them and call them in the future. FYI. I had my own service/install business for 43 years so I am normally critical of any type of lacking service almost never write reviews as I expect exceptional work to be the norm.....so great job Carbon Valley.

He provided warranty replacement parts with reasonable labor cost. The home builder’s original furnace installation company could not provide any help until the following week. CVHA saved me time and money compared to two other services I’ve employed in the past.
