The salesman, Wes, was personable and informative, and knew well what needed to be done and his time estimate was exact.
The two servicemen were professional and clean-cut. They introduced themselves, looked over the area, discussed with us what was to be done, and quickly and (relatively) quietly set about.
Even the office (Jody) was easy to work with; I always spoke to a person and not a machine.
Memorable experience and I will definitely recommend them (and we have already referred one friend).

We called in dire need of repairs on our a.c. unit and and a tech was sent out first thing the next morning. He was very knowledgeable, diligent and very professional.
