Thanks for carbon valley heating and air for the great work on my new furnace! Dale walked me thru the whole process and even helped me with financing the whole job...Gavin did a great job with the installation and explained everything that was was being done along the way..wes was amazing at going over final bill with me and leaving me happy with my experience with carbon valley heating! TJ was awesome - he was very patient, polite and knowledgeable and didn’t leave until he was certain the work he did was 100%. I’ve worked with a few electrical/HVAC companies in the area and this was by far the easiest and best experience. Will be using them from now on!

We needed to get someone out to look at our furnace right away, as it is having issues. From the woman who answered the phone, Wes, and Osley, they did an awesome job getting someone over the same day. Osley was able to check the furnace, and tell us exactly what was going on with it. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
We paid only the service call fee today, which will be put towards our service.

Excellent Response and Service in Firestone, CO

Thanks to Dale who was very professional in his work. We needed a part for our furnace, but it wasn’t readily available. He loaned us two space heaters to use while he obtained the part from another location. When it arrived, he promptly came to our house and installed it. Great job!

Carbon Valley Heating & Air is great. They installed my furnace about seven years ago and have been taking care of maintenance and servicing for me. Most recently they came by to do the annual servicing. The technician who came out was professional and efficient. He did what he was supposed to and didn’t leave a mess. He came in on time, took care of the job and was courteous throughout. Overall, I’d say it’s been a good experience with this company.

A technician from Carbon Valley Heating & Air recently came out to service our air conditioner unit. While he was here, he also provided us with a quote to replace our air conditioner and furnace system. Everything was great, and since we are on their customer service plan, they come out to do maintenance to our A/C unit regularly. The technician did a good job. He was on time and was professional and courteous. We’re still talking about the replacement, but even if we don’t do that soon, we would absolutely use them again.
