I only had a dynastic done on Air Contioner. My repair man was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the problem was and what it would take to get it fixed. Very professional.

Nick was great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions instead of just rushing through the job. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and personable he was. Excellent service and a very positive experience with Carbon Valley Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical. First time using your company in an emergency situation, Nick was amazing arrived earlier then talked about. Nick figured out the problem and took care of it right away, he even looked at another problem brought up during conversation. Would definitely return as a customer in the future if needed

Today I had the pleasure to meet and have Russell Kacher repair my AC condenser. I was very impressed how knowledgeable and professional he was. I am very happy with the work he did today. I would definitely recommend him.

I called CVHA because my Carrier minisplit AC just is not cooling adequately. I was happy Russell could come today. Russell was very lnowledgeable, professional and informative about function of my unit, checked the temp of air flow which was normal, checked that coolant was normal, found that the unit did not need to be cleaned, helped me reprogram the hand control. The high.outdoor temp and size of area requiring cooling is adversely affecting the unit's ability to cool. We discussed the addition of another unit in an adjacent section of the house and I will make a decision by next week.

This is my second major experience with Carbon Valley Heating and Air. They have always been clean in their garb. Their explanations and concerns have always been in easy to follow terms. They pre-called me prior to arriving and they were early both times. I am a disabled Veteran with Multiple Sclerosis. Heat is the enemy. My AC went out when it was 99 degrees outside. My house was a hotbox and it was pushing me into relapse like symptoms. They moved heaven and earth to work me in early as they could. I am grateful. Their prices are competitive and they carry quality products. Especially with Heating and AC, you get what you pay for. – Chris B.

The salesman, Wes, was personable and informative, and knew well what needed to be done and his time estimate was exact.
The two servicemen were professional and clean-cut. They introduced themselves, looked over the area, discussed with us what was to be done, and quickly and (relatively) quietly set about.
Even the office (Jody) was easy to work with; I always spoke to a person and not a machine.
Memorable experience and I will definitely recommend them (and we have already referred one friend).
