The technician who came to my house was absolutely wonderful. Informed me of everything he was doing and went over all my options and told me about the 20.00 a month service that I could get. Very personable and totally 100% professional. Would refer your company to anyone. Wish you went to the Westminster area. My mother needs a service like this.

I recently used Carbon Valley Heating & Air to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. I really appreciated how reliable they were and also how flexible they were! They showed up on time and were really willing to work around my time schedule. I liked that they cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently. I thought the pricing was good as well. Overall, the customer service was really good. I would use them again!

I used Carbon Valley Heating & Air to do the maintenance on my furnace. They do a good job. It’s cold out and I need my furnace. They keep it running strong. I would recommend them.

The fan on my furnace wouldn’t come on Jan. 2. I talked to Cody and he actually diagnosed the problem over the phone. Because of the age of my furnace he didn’t have the right replacement part with him. He had to go to a couple of suppliers to get the right part, came back and got my furnace running. His professionalism and friendly attitude were awesome, especially since he had to work on a holiday. I ended up buying a service plan from him. I would highly recommend Carbon Valley.

I recently had my furnace cleaned and checked over by your staff. After a few adjustments and a better filter I noticed the furnace does not run near as often.
A couple weeks later your technician Dale installed a humidifier on the furnace to get rid of all the shocks when walking through the house. He did a great job explaining what was to be done to the system. After is was in he went over how it worked and the PM that I needed to do to make the system run properly. I also feel your prices are very reasonable. Thank you for all of your help and I will call you again when needed.
