I’ve been using Carbon Valley Heating & Air for several years now. I like them because when you call them they come and they do the work. I have this furnace that runs a little different than most of them and they know about it and how to work on it. I think that people just know what they are doing there! I will keep on going back to them.

Response to service phone call to Carbon Valley was immediate. A phone call from Carbon Valley was to advise us that a different technian was being sent out. Tech showed up within an hour, diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes, but didn’t have the ignitor on his repair truck. Took an hout to drive and get the part from the warehouse. Installed the new part in 10 minutes. Charged $85 for weekend overtime and $220 for parts and labor. I thought the charges were a little high for what was repaired and installed.

We had Carbon Valley Heating and Air come and do a winter inspection of our furnace. We’d never had one done and figured it was time. Bryan came and was wonderful. He cleaned it, vacuumed, changed the filter, checked that every thing was working properly, He was there for an hour and a half and they only charged us $85. It was the best money we’ve spent on the house. I HIGHLY recommend Carbon Valley Heating and Air.

your install guys used a standing lamp for lighting and broke the base. had to throw it away. they never said anything about it, daughter in law very angry. they should provide their own drop cords or lights when working on a job.

I have had the the same serviceman each time which I like. He is very polite and friendly. Always puts covers on his shoes which I appreciate. He seems to do a very complete job.
