Osley did a great job with diagnosing and getting our a/c back up and running promptly. He made the necessary repairs, was polite and communicative. Thank you! We also, same day, had an issue with our water heater. Osley made a phone call into the company and Alex Cazares with Carbon Valley was out promptly to diagnose. We went with a water heater replacement. Alex was also very communicative, friendly and fast with the water heater replacement to get us up and running! We plan on using them annually with system maintenances, inspections and any necessary repairs. Thank you all!

Dan Manchester was excellent from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my hot water heater and clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be done. I really appreciated how he walked me through the process in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he was clean, efficient, and respectful of my space while completing the work. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. I’d absolutely recommend Dan to anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable service!

We needed to get someone out to look at our furnace right away, as it is having issues. From the woman who answered the phone, Wes, and Osley, they did an awesome job getting someone over the same day. Osley was able to check the furnace, and tell us exactly what was going on with it. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. We paid only the service call fee today, which will be put towards our service.

Air Conditioner Repair in Frederick, CO 80530

“Have been working with this company for around 10 years. used to be happy. They have worked on my 6 year old on demand water heater and now 6 year old air conditioner this year. The water heater cost around $900 dollars in maintenance and was just a broken relief valve, it still leaks water. And the tech recommended replacement at around $7000. Now the Inverter control board is broken on my Carrier AC unit. The quote to replace was $5795. I found that board for sale on line for $2495 and then found it at an HVAC warehouse for $1035, shipped. Of Course Carbon Valley wont install a unit purchased from someone other than themselves. So I found a company to make the repair for me. If I had followed their recommendations I would be out around $13,000 dollars in the last 8 months. What feels like greed to me ensures I will never use them or recommend them again.”
