This wasn’t my first time doing business with Carbon Valley Heating and Air but I was a little disappointed with what took place during our most recent service. We had them over to look at our furnace and fireplace, there were a lot of hiccups throughout the process and the technician that came out to do the work didn’t have all the information regarding what needed to be done. However, he was very nice and hardworking and I really don’t think it was his fault. I’m not going to let one bad service stop me from using them though, I have had very positive experiences with this company in the past.

Timely, efficient, helpful, excellent. From the tech who gave me a bid to the lady that handled the scheduling to the installer – all of them were high quality professionals who did a more than absolutely fantastic job! I highly recommend them!

Carbon Valley Heating & Air did a great job! They were very responsive and came out promptly when I called. The technician worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. He was also professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with. I appreciate that he was very informative and told me what he was doing. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future if I need to.

They are pretty good at Carbon Valley Heating & Air. At first, they had some problems with the installation of a new hot-water heater because it kept blowing out; they got someone else to do it, and came back to do it right. They were pretty good, and they responded right away after I went over and talked with them. I thought they had a good attitude.

Came out first day I called & performed complete check on our 10 yr old non working furnace. We decided cost to keep ours going would be better applied to a new furnace. Gave us a great deal & replaced our old worn out furnace within days of first visit. Great people to deal with whether on the phone or in person. Would definitely recommend.

The tec never explained anithing while he was there and i was confused i thought i was getting a furnace cleanning and thats not what i got first tech that can out was very help full in explaininng what had to be done and why …this tech didnt so i dont know what all he was doing very upset seems like i just wasted my hard earned money.
