When my air conditioner suddenly stopped working in 95 degree heat, I googled several local options. Carbon Valley Heating & Air had an appointment request form right on their website that I quickly filled out. They promptly called back to confirm an appointment for the next morning.

The service technician, Bryan, called shortly before the appointed time to verify the location and make sure someone was home. He arrived right on time and started work. He explained everything he was doing, what problems he found and the options to fix the AC.

In less than 24 hours from first contacting Carbon Valley Heating & Air, the problem was fixed and the AC was back on and working great.
