Our 4 year old A/C went out while we were out. Called around and Carbon Valley was the only company that could come on short notice. Dale called us back and was here within 45 minutes. Not only was he quick to get here, but he listened to me explain the problem and knew exactly what the issue was. Dale had it fixed in just a few minutes. Great company to work with! From customer service personnel, Kelly, to HVAC service technician, Bryan, everybody was super friendly and helpful. From the very first contact with the office I had a great experience. I needed to have my HVAC system inspected, cleaned, and serviced as I was selling my house and the service was requested by the buyer. I called around and got a great deal at Carbon Valley Heating & Air. Service technician, Bryan was very professional, explained everything in detail, and did a great job.
