Andre came over to do our Fall maintenance on our HVAC system. Andre was great with communication. We received texts he was on his way to our home, and when he arrived. Andre was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable in his field. After the maintenance inspection was done, he communicated the results, and made recommendations on things that could be done, or improved. He was never pushy, or forceful in his approach, about anything, and that goes a long way with us. He is very calm, and precise in his explanations. We hope we get Andre back for our next inspection. Thank you, Andre. Job well done.

Nick did a super job inspecting our 2 furnaces today. He was very thorough and professional. He found a worn igniter and a capacitor that were both going bad. He replaced both and ensured us we are all set for the cold months ahead.

Osley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for us today. We felt he went above and beyond with the inspection of our AC unit and explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. Well when we called Carbon Valley Heating & Air on a Sunday we weren’t expecting a call back until maybe Monday but they actually called us back on Sunday. They were here by 12 on Monday.

The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and prompt and did good job. He explained what the problem was checked everything out, we haven’t had problems with the AC since he was out.

They were absolutely wonderful. Carbon Valley Heating & Air came to our house and they checked out our AC and heater and luckily we didn’t have to have any major work done. They changed the filter in our humidifier and were on their way, it was a good experience.
I liked that they were direct and up front with us. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and well qualified to get the job done. It was a painless experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
