Was respectful of the home and my small heater. Very knowledgeable and found the issue quickly something others had missed. Open to answering my questions and not making me feel rushed. Osley was on time and has exceptional customer service. I was grateful and satisfied with my service call. Highly recommend this technician.

Nick Moden is personable, easy to talk and ask questions. Addressed his job professionally, explained what he needed to do and accomplished his job. Very efficient. Pleasure to have met him and hope to see him again at a future maintenance call. This service was part of annual service contract.

Well when we called Carbon Valley Heating & Air on a Sunday we weren’t expecting a call back until maybe Monday but they actually called us back on Sunday. They were here by 12 on Monday.

The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and prompt and did good job. He explained what the problem was checked everything out, we haven’t had problems with the AC since he was out.

They were absolutely wonderful. Carbon Valley Heating & Air came to our house and they checked out our AC and heater and luckily we didn’t have to have any major work done. They changed the filter in our humidifier and were on their way, it was a good experience.
I liked that they were direct and up front with us. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and well qualified to get the job done. It was a painless experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
