The entire staff at Carbon Valley Heating & Air were most helpful & kept us informed during the installation of a complete new system right after a major snow storm. Having experienced technicians on hand to install, set up & explain to us what we can expect from our new unit was an enjoyable experience. We are now waiting for warmer weather so that we can try out the new and efficient air conditioner. The crew at Carbon Valley were excellent, and we will continue to use their services.

Unfortunately, the furnace stopped working on a weekend. Although, the cost to correct the problem was high the technicians seem to make the pinch better. Always thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again.

Service was great. It was thorough. Owner seemed to be very knowledgable. Unfortunately, they are ridiculously expensive. High service call fee. The icing was proposal to change $450 to replace a $45 device, that would take about 30 minutes of labor.
