Russell K. was awesome! Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, took time to explain things I didn’t quite understand and gave me multiple options tailored to my needs and budget. It was overall a no pressure experience and something you never encounter when dealing with your usual salesmen. 10/10 recommendation of this young man.

Nick Moden worked through the heat and was willing/ able to complete the job required. We are very appreciative of him. Our ac was out for a week and it seemed like nobody else was willing to change out a blower. Thank you Carbon Valley Heating and Air.

My heat went out on one of the coldest winter nights we’ve had this year. In spite of having many service calls, everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous and competent.
