Carbon Valley Heat and Air came out and gave me a very thorough estimate after dealing with a very inflated estimate from another company. So Carbon Valley saved me from Save Home Heat and for that I will be eternally grateful. Dale Moe was exceptionally knowledgable and thorough and patient. This company has a lot of integrity and will not try to upsell you.

Our 4 year old A/C went out while we were out. Called around and Carbon Valley was the only company that could come on short notice. Dale called us back and was here within 45 minutes. Not only was he quick to get here, but he listened to me explain the problem and knew exactly what the issue was. Dale had it fixed in just a few minutes. We were so impressed we signed up for their maintenance plan so we will at least have a warning of something going wrong.

Great company to work with! From customer service personnel, Kelly, to HVAC service technician, Bryan, everybody was super friendly and helpful. From the very first contact with the office I had a great experience. I needed to have my HVAC system inspected, cleaned, and serviced as I was selling my house and the service was requested by the buyer. I called around and got a great deal at Carbon Valley Heating & Air. Service technician, Bryan was very professional, explained everything in detail, and did a great job. He brought it to my attention that the A/C drain pan was leaking and fixed it over the weekend as closing date was approaching. Bryan went above and beyond expected service!
