Carbon Valley Heating & Air were very prompt, they were courteous and their service wasn’t only good but they also came the same day that I called, they did the repairs perfectly. The price was a little high but it always surprises you how much things can cost, it was OK.

We called Carbon Valley Heating & Air because our furnace was kicking on and off by itself, it wouldn’t stay on. They came out and got it going and went above and beyond to get it rolling again and we have had no issues since.
The people that came out were very professional and worked quickly but still made sure the work is thorough. This is our second time using them and I would recommend them to anyone else. A really good company.

I was having issues with my furnace and it turns out the the control board was blowing a fuse. I called Carbon Valley Heating & Air and they showed up and he was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly and found out one of wires was grounding out and blowing the fuse on the control board. He replaced that real quick and installed a new thermostat for us.
It was my first trip to Carbon Valley and they did excellent work. Definitely recommended.

The person who came out to check on our humidifier did a wonderful job and took his time. He let me know that I didn’t need the humidifier serviced every year and that it looked good, I really appreciated that he was honest and knew what he was talking about. He saved me a lot of time and money and even showed me how to change the filters so I could keep my humidifier running smoothly. I highly recommend Carbon Valley Heating & Air, they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and care about their customers.
